Registration

Please make sure to check the Spam folder.

 

If the email is still not found, please contact the Secretariat team at: cfcyouthtnc@gmail.com with the subject line: "Activation and Consent Email Resend Request" to request for a resend.

In the registration form, please check off the option "Would you like to register additional participants?", and complete the information.

If you've already registered a participant as a parent/guardian,

  1. Login to your account and click on the tab on the top-right corner "User"
  2. Then click on the gear icon on the top-right portion of the page, then click on "Edit Profile". Here you can register additional participants.

A possible issue is that the parent/guardian email is already in our system, and it does not allow for duplicates. But this error error message will not show up on the form, so if you are having troubles with this, please contact the Secretariat team at cfcyouthtnc@gmail.com.

Please send us a quick email at cfcyouthtnc@gmail.com saying that you've read the terms and give consent as the participant's parent/guardian!

Please use the CFC Youth Member (+19) registration and click on the SFC checkbox.

Login

For those who registered as below the age of 19, you can login using either:

  1. Your parent/guardian's email address that you entered
  2. Your username: firstname.lastname
    e.g. pablo.picasso

With the way our system is set up, all additional participants would share the same account as the participant you registered first. So they would use the same login information.

Workshops

You are able to alter your workshop choices up to Monday, June 28.

  1. Login to your account and click on the tab on the top-right corner "User"
  2. Then click on the gear icon on the top-right portion of the page, and then on "Edit Profile".
  3. Make sure to click "Update Profile" to save any changes.
